2024 Abstracts Submission Invited
Abstracts on all cancer related topics are invited.
There will be several sessions for presentations of
clinical and basic science research papers during the conference.
The following BASO Awards
will be presented at the meeting:
- Alan Edwards Poster Prize
- Ronald Raven Proffered Paper Prize
- BASO~ACS Proffered Paper Prize
- BASO Trainees AUDIT/QiP Prize - for audit / QiP
projects only
- BASO Trainees Prize
- BASO Multidisciplinary Prize
This prize is open to Non-Medical professionals (e.g.
nurses, allied healthcare professionals, occupational therapists,
physiotherapists, dieticians, managers, theatre staff, educators,
cancer services managers, complementary therapy practitioners,
charity representatives) that are involved in the care/provision of
cancer patients.
- BASO Medical Student Prize
BASO has established this new award to support and encourage
Medical Students with an interest in surgical oncology.
Presenting Author must Register for the
Meeting
Accepted abstracts for which a presenting author has not
registered and paid the registration fee will be withdrawn, will
not appear in any Conference materials, and will not be able to be
presented at the Conference. Registration details will be available
soon.
